Çağ Çağ (Karasu - Beyazsu): Atributary of the Euphrates 70 km of which flows into syrian territory.

Buğur Çayı: Near Derik-Derinsu village. Flows for 45 km before joining the Euphrates; Dumluca Dam.

Zerkan Water: It is a tributary of the Tigris flowing for 80 km in the distric.

Savur Çayı: It is a tributary of the Tigris flowing for 74 km in the distric of Ömerli. Beside these there is Gurs Water (Mai Babil), a stream with falls along ıts course and used as drinking water supply. The ponds of Şerifbaba, Yıldız and Desan contribute to irrigation in Derik and Mazıdağı.
